The maintenance staff is responsible for ensuring that the building and grounds are in good repair, safe, and well maintained. A safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors is a priority. In the event that you are visiting during a fire alarm, please remain with the resident until you receive direction from the staff.
Items such as lamps, clocks, radios and televisions are allowed in a resident's room, provided they are C.S.A./U.L.S. approved and inspected by the Maintenance Department within three days.
TVS are permitted however only to 37” and able to be mounted on the wall.
Pictures may be hung in resident's rooms. Please see our Maintenance Manager for assistance.
