Dr. V. A. Snow Centre provides 49 long-term and one relief care bed. There are 33 resident rooms (16 single, 17 double), a large kitchen, dining room, two lounges, quiet room, multi-purpose / activity rooms, meeting room and related systems. A deck and enclosed gardens and garden room to encourage the residents to enjoy fresh air, weather permitting and provide a space for residents and families to gather. A wheelchair accessible van is available to take residents on outings, and the Hampton Senior Resource Centre is conveniently located just across the street.
The nursing home overlooks the beautiful Kennebecasis River Valley and Pickwauket Mountains, with spectacular views from the dining and resident rooms. Deer, fox, birds and squirrels are some of the regular wildlife the residents have come to enjoy.
Although residents will find televisions, phone, and internet access available throughout the facility for their use, they may choose to have them installed in their own rooms. This can be discussed with Administration during the admission process.
