Arrangements can be made for eye, dental, x-ray or other medical appointments outside the nursing home. Arrangements will be made with a family member for transportation.
Specialized Foot Care is provided for residents on request. There is an additional fee for this service.
An Initial Assessment is conducted by the RN immediately following admission. Within six weeks of admission a Resident Care Review meeting will be held to review the resident's needs and a plan of care. Implementation of changes in care will be discussed with the resident and/or sponsor. The resident and/or sponsor are encouraged to actively participate. The resident/sponsor will be required to make decisions regarding the management of life-threatening illness and life-care options.
