The Nursing Staff provide twenty-four hour care to fifty residents which includes one relief care resident.  We support and encourage our residents to make decisions and do as much as they are able to maintain some independance for as long as possible.  We support and enhance what they can do and compensate for what they cannot do.  We work as a team to provide holistic care recognizing that each resident is a unique and special person with multiple needs; physical, emotional, spiritual and psychosocial.  We participate in a Quality of Service program to ensure that we meet standards and continually strive for improvement in our care delivery.  We are resident focused, and upon this premise we base our decisions and care.
